Beard Posted February 24, 2023 Share Posted February 24, 2023 Try going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Set Launch Options > Type -nosteam > Start the game > Host the server and have them join your IP You also need to port forward the 16261 and 16262 UDP ports on your router and firewall, so they are able to join you.
