Military battles and failed fortifications.

There needs to be areas of the map where  military battles happened and failed. Burnt out buildings, explosion craters, destroyed military vehicles, things like that. Also, the same but on a smaller scale like a neighborhood tried to fortify a few houses and made a last stand and failed. Attacked cars, a burnt down house that had a metal fence around it. Things that show that we're was a battle at the begining that lead to the game it is now. Right now, it's like a wave swept over the world in one second and turned everyone into a zombie, except you.

 

Pretty much, I want to turn the corner and see the outcome of the Battle at Yonkers.
