Mid-Playthrough graphics bug?

I believe this has happened to an older save once before, and can't really put my finger on the specific thing that's causing this issue to occur, although very annoying...

Through my current Solo playthrough this year Feb. 2023, I launched the game and loaded into my save to notice that the walls and roof of the house I'm based in wouldn't disappear as they normally would when you'd walk into a room, so that you could see your player and the tiles within that room. Some walls would disappear, some wouldn't and makes it very hard to tell where my player model is. I ventured out to see if it was just the cell/chunk in the map and it turns out that every single building is broken. After a few minutes of walking around, I noticed that every single buildings physical assets were still in place, but the backend stuff we don't virtually see (like the tiles that determine whether or not it's an inside/outside space) would be translated forward roughly 10-15 tiles. During a period of rain, you could walk into the bugged building, and still get wet or not hear the muffled rain, as you would if you were truly "inside" of the house. But walking into the zone that's been translated (the black H-shaped zone above the house in the first picture, more clearly in the second picture), with no physical walls to see, you would be protected from the rain and your temperature would match room temp.

Very confusing bug to try and figure out for myself, I've looked online as much as possible and even read the two forums I could find relating to this issue with no luck.

I've attached two images as to what I'm seeing. I'm hoping that someone knows about this or even has a known fix for it, as I don't want to lose the save I've spent quite some time on.
Thanks in advance.

It is possible some mods caused the issues since I can see you have some enabled.
I would first recommend backing up your save and then testing by removing all mods to see if the issue still happens?

Okay, I'll have to give that a try and get back to you. Will have more time towards the end of the week to sit down and spend some time on it.

If by chance removing the mods doesn't work, would you have an idea of what else I could try in the meantime until you're able to check back in?

Well, if it happens in ALL houses then I can only think of mods. If it only happened in one house, then the "interior" region would have to be broken somehow, I do not think thats possible in the standard version of the game, unless you destroy the whole house.

I had some time to try removing the mods, however, one problem I encountered was that when I removed all the mods in that save and go to load it up, it wouldn't let me because the map mods weren't present in load order. So I added back only the map mods and without any other mods present, the problem still persists. That would tell me it's a map mod... Now the thing to do would be to find which map mod that is, however, again you can't load up the save without missing map mods. I've checked through the comments of all the map mods and nothing from the past week or so has mentioned any relatable issues. I've also moved all the map mods installed to the top of my mod load order which seems to have broken the debug console that pops up after launching the game.

I'd assume that this just has to be Raven Creek, considering the mod author states in the description of the mod that every single time the game updates, the mod will break the save, though I'm not sure when the game updated last other than back in December, and these issues occurred at the end of January.

Honestly, I'll probably just cut my losses and create a new save, and with the known issue of Raven Creek, just leaving that out in the next one might be what I need. Thanks for your time so far @Beard, though I'd still be curious to hear your thoughts on the issue.

You might be correct, though it would be best to check on a new save with the same mods. Unless the issue just randomly appeared out of nowhere? In that case it would likely be caused by some sort of item perhaps? Because if it was a map mod, the issue would likely be present right from the start instead of appearing later.
