Game runs, but can't make a window?

   Right what it says on the tin. Game opens, and according to Task Manager actually runs but it can't seem to create a window, so it just runs in the background. I've verified the file's integrity, tried to update my video drivers (intel says they're up to date).
   I'm honestly at a loss, any help is appreciated.

This seems to be your main issue; you will need to download and install the latest drivers for your specific graphics card from your manufacturer's website (Intel)

You can also try going to “Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid” and run the game using the “ProjectZomboid32.bat” file.

Now if that does not fix your issue either, I can only recommend switching to the older "Legacy" game versions by going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Betas > Select the Legacy 40 or older versions.
