Players disconnected every 10 minutes?

Would appreciate any advice on my paid dedicated server (xgamingservers). Ive tried running it without mods and we still get disconnected. With default server settings after a fresh restart we would get Type 21 disconnect messages, so I set every anti-cheat to False. Then we get generic disconnects every 10 minutes. I can't really glean anything from the logs but here is my last disconnect (ip and steamid redacted):

Looks like we have the same problem. I am also using a paid server (WebArenaIndigo (Japan based)) and the machine I'm using is Ubuntu. Had the same issue with Type 21 so I changed it to False as well. My friends who are connecting from Japan can connect and play for hours just fine, but for the ones connecting outside of Japan they get disconnected after 10-15 mins. After getting disconnected, the game would show them a "server not responding" message when they try to join again even though others are currently playing just fine. I've been trying to look for a solution the past few weeks but to no avail.
