Unknownkorean Posted December 23, 2022 Share Posted December 23, 2022 I purchased this game on 12/21 When i played this game for 107 minutes i found it is hard for me to play So i decide to refund and i demand steam to refund on 12/21 I still haven't received a refund from Steam until now, and my play time in the game library folder is 107 minutes, but it says at least 2 hours in the refund window Does this affect me in getting a refund? They are handled exclusively through Steam support and we have no insight nor control over the requests. Not going over 2h of playtime is important to be eligible for the refund. EnigmaGrey Posted December 23, 2022 Share Posted December 23, 2022 Translation app seems to say you already have an active ticket requesting a refund, so this additional, duplicate ticket is being closed. You likely have to wait for them to process the original request, especially if it has to be done manually during the Christmas rush.
