This is an isometric game, it will not be possible to keep distances here and there are no exact numbers.
Try starting from the fact that the tile is 256px high and check how high the doorways are (~220px)
As for the distances - the width of the door is 1 cell. The easiest way is to consider this as 1 meter.

I use Yandex map ( because the picture is more clear )

Zoom ( z=17 in url or 60m in bottom right corner ) - it's a most correct zoom for build map like in real world.

I used a lot of screenshots and just glue together in Photoshop.

In photoshop I use squares ( 300 x 300 px  - it's a one cell in game )
