World Map Player position and glowing effect

Is there any option to disavble player position and glowing position circle ?
I want clear map without any hints to navigate through it.

To be fair i dont know why devs made map like this due to navigation being the most important aspect of the game, and these cues look like a total cheating.

Tried more maps, but general map does not include modded towns.
