Can't sleep with claustrophobic and sleeping tablets

You guys implemented a fix for the "right click a bed while not panicked, sleep option is available, click it and go to sleep even if you've gained panic since then" exploit that made claustrophobic less dangerous.

 

Now, when a toon goes to sleep, a second check is made for panic when they reach the bed and if it's too high, "too panicked to sleep".

 

That check is broken. It will fire even under the effect of a sleeping tablet, which nonetheless should allow you to sleep through panic.

 

The result is that in the absence of beta blockers, a claustrophobic toon will never be able to sleep indoors no matter their tiredness.
