xXMoksXx
Hello dear developers, I recently returned to this wonderful game again and found that my friends, when connecting to my server, see a message saying that port 16262 is closed and this may affect performance, could you explain in detail how to open the port to me? Icarvesteel
I too have had this problem. we began with these steps. Navigate to Control Panel, System and Security and Windows Firewall. Select Advanced settings and highlight Inbound Rules in the left pane. Right click Inbound Rules and select New Rule. Add the port you need to open and click Next. Add the protocol (TCP or UDP) and the port number into the next window and click Next. Select Allow the connection in the next window and hit Next. Select the network type as you see fit and click Next. Name the rule something meaningful and click Finish. still displays the message. next, we completely disabled the firewall and it still displays this message. we have zero mods. Beard
https://nordvpn.com/blog/open-ports-on-router/#:~:text=Navigate to your router's configuration, the port to forward to. This is a standard way to open ports, it will depend on your router and internet service provider and whether they allow port opening. The host needs to open those on their router for them to work correctly.
Ilham
(1)(deck@steamdeck ~)$ nc -z -v -u **.duckdns.org 16261 Connection to **.duckdns.org (**) 16261 port [udp/*] succeeded! (deck@steamdeck ~)$ nc -z -v -u test.duckdns.org 16262 Connection to **.duckdns.org (**) 16262 port [udp/*] succeeded! I tested it, it's actually opened. I really think this is a bug, there is actually no performance impact at all that I noticed.
