Debug mode Lua commands in single player?

Hi all, what are all the Lua commands for the command console in single player, please? The admin ones for a server do not work for single player. 
 

Also, what is the hot key to open up the Command Console if I previously closed it? Thank you.

There isn't a list of Lua commands at the moment, I recommend reading through the basic guide to debug mode: https://pzwiki.net/wiki/Debug_mode
The command console should be able to be opened by F11 if we are talking about the same console.

Thank you, but what I am referring to is the command console window seen at the bottom-left after spawning in a game. 
 

It would be nice to be able to type some code to instantly respawn my character when killed (for videos), rather than going through the process to re-make a new one, and be able to get out of a vehicle if I get stuck on top of other vehicles.

I do not think there is any such code even in the Lua. Since the debug mode is just for debugging purposes and not really as a tool for gameplay.
I would suggest using specific mods for that, such as the Cheat menu mod and the like.
