Balaclavas should be repairable.

I don't really know why you can't fix a wool/cloth Balaclava with a needle and thread. Helmets like the hard hat already give 100% protection and can be worn with it so it isn't like you can argue that its an unfair advantage to be able to repair or add leather patches to it.

 

Are they concerned that I'll be too warm in the winter by owning a balaclava? lol.

Please let cotton/wool items be repairable, thanks.
