[41.77.9] Clothing Items Foung Through Foraging Can Not Be Washed/Repaired

• Reproduction steps:
    1. Find any clothing item via foraging

    2. The item will be randomly damaged (even items that can not be damaged normally, like "Food server hat"), bloody and dirty

    3. The item can not be repaired or washed. It is completely "set in stone".

I can confirm this, found dirty, bloody and worn boxing gloves that couldn't be washed and fixed. Even when I used a mod that lets you repair item by setting it as favourite, it still stays dirty.
