[41.78.4 Hotfix] Pistol whip animation locks you in place

If you push while stationary with a pistol, you will be unable to move until the animation finishes.

Yet if you push while moving with a pistol, you can continue to freely move around unhampered.

This is a known current limitation and has been true for basically the entirety of Build 41.
With Build 41's goodbye-patch, the priority was shortening the stationary animation due to this limitation, to not delay it any further, so we can move the whole team to 42. It will be addressed in the future.
