[41.73] Ham radio can't transmit on 40 meters. (Feature request for accuracy)

Hey, this is more a feature request than a bug. But it's a logical error if you want to be a simulator, you should get this right.
40 Meters is 7MHz, it's within a portion of the ham band, the "Premium Technologies Ham Radio" can only go down to 10MHz. We should be able to use the 7MHz band as that's the most popular year round band that people use as it's generally very reliable. Also most HF ham radios go to 3MHz, or 80 Meters.  So perhaps we could have two different models of radios as is the case in real life.

HF radio that can only go to 3MHz up to 50MHZ or so to 6 meters.

UHF/VHF Radios that can go from 140 MHz to 450MHz

I happen to be a ham and I really want one of the games I love to get this right for once. I'm not even asking to implement antennas....HF requires a big antenna. UHF Very small.
