The server won't budge!

Umm soo from this youtube link:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GyaBv2ZksN0,

I got this server ip:94.23.247.140

And I typed it along with my account, and selected the server (highlighted in orange)

and finally, when I clicked the "join server" button, it just won't connect!

I'm a Mac user and my steam name's TKtheBEST so if you guys got any solutions,

pls help me! thx

Just tested it, chances are the server isn't running anymore or it might of switched to a whitelist system.
