Graphics card and ram specifically. Then you can try a full reinstall: uninstall the game > go to "ProgramFiles\Steam\Steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and delete anything there that might be a leftover > try to install the game again BUT this time disable antivirus to ensure that all files have been downloaded correctly.
