Moving the saved_outfit and saved_builds files to the main PZ folder

...Otherwise when and if you have to add them in a mod is a real PITA and difficult to be done because now they are both stored in C:\Users\MYPCNAME\Zomboid\Lua.
It should be 1000 times more easy to be done if they can be located/placed in the main game folder under media --> lua
