I run a popular 41.71 server. I can't login as "admin" with Admin access level when the server is full. I can't even join a queue when the server is full, though I sometimes see the connection queue screen when joining (when the server doesn't indicate that it is full). So I suspect the part about "avoiding lag from lots of people joining at once" works, but not the other mentioned features. Anyways, if there is anyway to allow people to join a queue when the server is full, and if there is anyway for me to join as as admin despite the server being full (as detailed in the comments of the config file) I'd love to know.
