[41.71] [Singleplayer] Foraging focus turns already discovered items into new ones but still grants previous item.

• Singleplayer
• No mods
• Reproduction steps:

1. Enable search mode and choose a focus category.
2. Discover an item.
3. Walk far away from the item and go back. Due to how search focus works, sometimes previously discovered item will turn into a new one from focus category.
4. Pick up the item. You will receive the original item instead of the new one.
