Problems whit the distribution.lua

Hi, Im trying to make a custom loot spawn for my build, but at the end of the suburbsdistributions.lua there is a line that says the next: 

NoContainerFillRooms = { laundry = {}, clothesstore = {}, mechanic = {} };

 

For what is this? It's telling me that those rooms don't gets filled whit random containers? I have to write my own rooms in that line or them will be "randomized" or filled whit more containers?

i'm stucked on it
