[41.71] [Singleplayer] Dirty / bloody hood is not recognised once the hood is down.

• Reproduction steps:

1. Get an item of clothing that has usable hood, for example a hoodie.
2. Wear the hoodie with hood up and add dirt / blood to the head. Notice the "dirty" and "bloody" levels on the tooltip.
3. Now put the hood down and look at the tooltip again to see the dirty and bloody levels disappear. In this state you can't wash the hood in the washing machine or by hand. You can only wash the hood if you wear it, you can also use washing machine if you transfer the hoodie directly from being worn with hood up.

 

I tested this on hoodie, poncho and padded jacket. Example video with hoodie below.

EDIT: Also the hood is not visible in the Inspection menu unless it is worn with hood up. Putting the hood up / down seems to convert the clothing item into a different clothing item.
