[41.71] [Singleplayer] Fire Escape Louisville inaccessible

Reproduction: run in walkway in designated location

 

Louisville Apartment Complex 6th Floor Fire Escape located at 13120x1619x5 has an invisible barrier of some sort.

Map screenshot provided as well in case I messed up the coordinate.

Recorded myself walking & sprinting at the invisible barrier, doesn't knock me back like a physical wall would so not sure if this is intentionally blocked off?

I could not find anything related to a Louisville fire escape, so I apologize if this is already known.

 

Also included logs.zip as requested, I first encountered this in my normal playthrough with various mods, and re-launched with only the mod "louisville" which gives you louisville spawns so I could just run the 2 blocks from spawn to check if it still happened, and it happens with only that as well.

Sorry I could not test with vanilla as I wasn't sure off the top of my head how to set up a spawn or fly there.
