Water Dispenser Box/Block Placement Issue

Found an issue containing the box that the Water Dispenser is placed in, it has a weird placement I've noticed on the front face where you can get close up to it from the side but when you back off and walk back to it there's an invisible barrier in front of it. Noticed this when I was clearing a hospital cafeteria in Louisville, there was a water dispenser against the wall, then one empty block, and then a picnic table. Backing up from zeds I got close to the dispenser face, walked forward to hit a zed and backed up again getting stuck on an invisible barrier against the dispenser, kinda panicked in confusion turning around to run but got bit from behind ending my character.

I do use a variety of different mods, but I started a new solo game to test without any mods with the same result in the video.
