How can I handicap myself and buff my friend in 2p coop?

We won't play on a server, we'll play coop (split screen)

 

I'd like to:

 

• Give myself a big debuff to trait points (like -20 or -30)
• Give my friend a big buff to trait points (+40 or +50)
• Make her completely immune to the virus, while keeping myself vulnerable
• Make us both start with some custom items of my choosing
• Nerf my movement speed, swing speed, damage (by like 20%)
• Give myself a chance to trip randomly (probably not doable but hey)

 

I'm thinking I can add traits with debug (is that problematic?), and just not use all of the trait points for myself.

 

I'm also thinking I can add items through debug, too.

 

However, the most important thing is to make her immune to the virus, but not me. Is there a way to do this?

 

The problem is I don't think any mod is really made to affect only one player in coop. Not sure if it's even doable. A server, maybe, but in coop?

Custom sandbox you can set points to 100 and give one player a bunch of good traits and the other negative traits. You don't have to use all available points. You could use the Cheat Menu mod to raise skills to whatever desired level you want. Weapons skills and strength help a lot.

 

As far as the rest, you can give yourself the weakest profession for your purposes and avoid using the better gear. I haven't heard of settings selectively affecting one player and not others, it seems to be either all or none but I also have never actually looked for anything like that.
