How can i add a pre-existing building to a map?

Hi gentlemen,
I'm trying to create a new map and i started to create some building using the editor, but when i try to add the building by dragging it on the map, it opens the editor instead.
What am i missing? I also tried to download some other building online but i had the same result, so the problem has to be with some settings.

Create your buildings in BuildingEd and place them into your world using WorldEd.
