Launch issues

When I click play on steam then nothing pops up and the steam button displays "Play" again after like 3 seconds. I have already done the following: updated my drivers, verified the game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, unsubscribed and deleted all of the mod files and deleted the logs.zip file.

Can you try using the "alternate launch" option and share a screenshot of the console that should show up once the game crashes?

Try going to C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid and delete everything there except the "saves" folder.

This works good! I didn't even realize to try the alternate launch.
