adding removabel Ignition Locks for cars

Everyone knows that most Cars will never have keys for them so you need to hotwire them.

Sometimes the player dont like to hotwire cars and rather have a key for it.

My Sugestion would be to add Ignition Locks as a removebel car part, so just take the ignition lock from another car where you got a key for and build it in your desired car to be able to lock it.

To remove Ignition locks i would say you need Mechanic level 3-4 and electricion level 1-2

Also you can use them only in the car class you got them from, so no sport car lock in a heavy duty car.

you can also find ignition locks at all the place where normally car parts are spawnning (car mechanics etc.), somethimes even with the key for it.

This would be a neat feature for the later game to get a car key instead of the hotwired lock.
