No zombies spawn

Hey how do I get no zombies to spawn on my server? I set it in the sandbox settings within my files to spawn no zombies and made them slow and dumb and stuff just incase but I still have to clear out a bunch which wouldn't be an issue but I am trying to keep the structures intact.

 

How can I get my server to have no zombies what so ever?

as in you start with 0 zombies? i would assume, though never tested, that you would set your world multiplier to 1x and then have the starting multiplier at 0x and peak multiplier at 0x also. i do know that you can get it very very low if this does not work by using fractions of a number like 0.1x

I will try to use .1 multipliers yes I am looking to start up a no zombies role play experience on the zomboid platform as zomboid houses a lot of amazing features and I think would benefit a just simple city life style server. I am just experimenting at this time

I saw this mod on a video once it was like a map with a radius and the guy was despawning all of the zombies, how do I do that like what mod or admin tool was he using?
