It's will not be a "Free point" perk - because character panicing on second floor, being nearby windows on 2+ floor, being nearby stairs - do not allow to normally sleep and live on second floors. Snuggler Posted January 19, 2022 Share Posted January 19, 2022 I think fear-of-heights people should be able to live on second floor, but can gain panic moodle if they are near a open window or roof top for too long. would basically make rooftop farming and building much much harder. sleeping in a second floor room with the windows and curtains closed should be fine though.
