It could be a... feature of your keyboard. This is due to how keyboards are constructed. See for example: https://gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/6669/how-do-i-remove-the-limit-on-pc-keyboard-button-presses

Thank you, I was hoping for conformation on it, or if it's only me?
I'm aware of the features, but it's a new bug for me on an old setup, maybe I never noticed it before. I don't know. It is consistent in while holding Down (s) and Right (d) and then pressing Sneak (c) especially since all other directions work fine.

I think it's called ghosting. I think it has something to do with the way keyboards register key clicks. Certain combination of key presses on older keyboards wind up getting confused, and unable to register certain keys if certain combination of other keys are pressed.

I remember this happening a lot when I was playing older games on an older keyboard.

If that is the case, look for a keyboard with some kind of anti-ghosting option.

You can verify it on this website. You can press key combos, and it will show which key combos work and don't.
