It won't load beyond the launch screen, the one that says, "Hello Doomed Survivor".The following appears at the bottom of the Java log file, just after I press "Launch Project Zomboid":LAUUUUNCHException in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: zombie/gameStates/MainScreenStateCaused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: zombie.gameStates.MainScreenState at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(URLClassLoader.java:202) at java.security.AccessController.doPrivileged(Native Method) at java.net.URLClassLoader.findClass(URLClassLoader.java:190) at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:306) at sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader.loadClass(Launcher.java:301) at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:247)Edit:Having switched to the normal "opt-out of beta programs" version, I can now boot into PZ using the JavaApplicationStub, but no thumbnails of savegames appear in the load savegame screen, and no mod posters appear in the mod loading screen.Scrollwheel also doesn't work in those two screens. jgarth Posted February 15, 2014 Share Posted February 15, 2014 PZ won't launch at all from Steam for me. After I select 'Compatibility Mode,' nothing happens. It won't let me close Steam down after that, saying that PZ is running. However, there is no PZ window. I'm running OSX 10.8.5 and could run PZ successfully with version 21. Thanks for any help! Click on "Set launch options..." button. Type in "-safemode" without the quotes. Click OK, close the properties dialog, PZ should now work. keviebear Posted February 17, 2014 Share Posted February 17, 2014 yeah, did the same things i've been doing since i started playing. the "take over player 1" message comes up in the top left corner as it has before, but then nothing happens. still stuck using WASD to move around. tried a fresh reinstall, still the same controller was already plugged in, was using it to play just last night.Can you post your console.txt, it might show the error. I can confirm his bug just tried my split screen and it didnt even work at all, before on the i will backup my saves version i was able to get splitscreen....altho layers of textures overlapped each other and controls were crazy now its just not working Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
