How do you bring up the faction panel?

Hey, I'm not sure if I was tripping out but I swear somehow I managed to bring up a panel in my server that allows me to create a faction and define the faction tag which will show up for players which looked really neat, now I'm trying to bring it up again but can't seem to figure out how, also yes the server I'm in has factions enabled in the configs.

 

I've been looking all over for this information but I barely see anything about it, is it actually a feature?

You should have a round button at the left side (where the heart-symbol is) which has "client" writte on it. Click on it and you will see a small panel with a few buttons for various client settings you can alter. In there you will find the factions button.
