Icon error

Upon entering the game I noticed this issue with items' icons. I tried to create a new game without mods but had the had the same result
How do I fix this?

Can you try verifying your game files?
Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Local Files > Verify Local Files

I have done this but nothing seems to be fixed. As you can see, all the icons (health, inventory, crafting, etc) that are supposed to be located at top-left corner have gone as well

Can you go to "C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid" and share the "logs.zip" file in that case?

There are a ton of mods still being loaded into the game which can cause issues. Try going to C:\Users\YourUserName\Zomboid again and delete the "mods" folder, then try starting a new game.
