First of all I am playing on a MacBook Pro, i recently updated to the latest version of the game and I have no mods active at the moment. I am playing momentarily without a mouse as my trashy one just broke.
Having said that my problem is that I seem not to be able to interact with objects such as beds, taps and I get no options menu by clicking on items in my inventory etc... this issue came up after updating to the latest version, previously I used to interact with objects by pressing Lctrl and clicking on the object and everything was fine except that I had the opposite problem of not being able to fight (but I attributed that to a lack of a mouse and just dealt with it).
After updating the fighting bit is not a problem anymore, but as I said, I now find myself trying to survive somehow without being able to perform basic tasks such as eating, equipping items etc. because of this bug(?) which is making playing the game impossible to play.
