what shader are you using for the chassis model?

if you are using the multiuv shader, you need to assign your uv map to the 2nd uv channel of your model too. just copy it over to the 2nd one and the things will show up

oh i forgot make 2. uvmap and thanks for the reply.

In order to make the colors different, you need a layer with details that do NOT HAVE transparency, that is, a solid color, reduce the transparency to 1%, then you have a layer with shadows, and now you will need to apply/overlay shadows on this solid layer image.thumb.png.f6360e39c3762829df018f81b737a726.pngimage.thumb.png.f9590c5a79945989c22f8a437c0a8aa5.pngimage.thumb.png.8409bfdbab8c787f74ccc1aeebd74d97.png

Glad I found this thread.

I just spent 5 hours troubleshooting why my car model wouldn't display blood/rust/damage in-game.

Turns out switching shader = vehicle_multiuv to shader = vehicle solved my issue which I deducted from this thread.
