Kind of surprised these aren't in game already, but traits that affect your base walking speed. Like fast walker being 1.1x or 1.15x bonus walking speed, and slow walker being 0.9x or 0.85x walking speed. I made the point requirements part of a poll based on community, but my original idea was +4 and -4.
