Can't place curtains/sheets on kitchen window behind counter corner

If the window is  right at the bend of the counters the character just goes into a loop of walking outside climbing in through the window, crawling over the 2 counters then walking out again to repeat the process until interrupted. A few houses with that constellation can be found in Muldraugh directly north west from the lake.
