Upstairs hotter than downstairs

In multi-story houses and buildings, upper floors tend to be warmer than lower floors.  I was thinking that it would be neat to have something like this implemented for interior spaces.  It'd also be something to keep in mind for a player constructing a new building to keep warm in the winter, having an enclosed upper floor to help trap heat.

Current implementation of feat inside a building is fairly basic, but there are plans to work on this in the future to make it more realistic. This is not however a priority right now.
