EreWeGo Posted July 31, 2013 Share Posted July 31, 2013 There can be various reasons for this error. The most "common" one is that the file/archive is corrupt. First thing to try would be to delete temporary internet files, re-download the files, and try again. Other things to try are maybe use another application to extract the archive file, eg: WinRAR, or temporarily disable your AV when downloading/extracting the file.
