linux [Linux] Some keys of my keyboard can't be bind or used for playing

I'm posting this after tons of debug/testing with no luck.

I actually run the game under GNU/Linux Debian (Testing/Sid), and I can't bind some essential key in French or US layout :

 

Example :

If I go to the settings → keybinding and i hit "1" nothing occurs but if hit "alt gr" + "1", key 1 is binded.

I tried running the game in debug mode and I can use all keys of my keyboards in the LUA console (I can write in the text field)

I'm using a wireless keyboard, so I tested with another wired keyboard (french, again) with no luck too.

I have found the file in lua/keys.ini but I don't know how to edit it.

 

To illustrate, if I want to change my weapon, I need to hit "ALT GR" + "2" instead of just pressing 2.

 

I have some lines like this in the log, but I can't say if it's relevant :

Kernel:5.10.0-6-amd64

RAM:16 GB

GPU Driver:NVIDIA 460.73.01

GPU:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080

CPU:Intel Core i5-4670K @ 3.40GHz

 

Game version tested :

 - iwillbackupmysave Build 41 beta

- Build 41

- Build 39 vehicles

Hello again !

There must be some event when I press these keys and some errors somewhere.

I think, the steam launch the "projectomboid.sh" script.
Is there any argument in this script like --verbose .

PZ works fine in most Linux's distribution, debian included, so there is a problem with my configuration/system but with no logs I can't where exactly.

Let me know if there is some more debug level

I have the same problem in Linux Mint 20.2 

How to fix it ?

The windows version via wine is running fine.

I fix it.

Solution:
- You need to remove all keyboard layouts except English (British) (maybe it will work with American English too, I have not tested it).
  And then the buttons all work. And if, after deleting the layout, add the Russian or any other layout again?
  The buttons work in the game.
