[41.50] Can't record, shadowplay, or take proper screenshots.

Specs in case they're relevant:

Windows 10.

EVGAGTX1050Ti

Ryzen 7 3800x 8-core (VR/RTX compatible)

HDD: Hitachi HDS 1TB.

16gb RAM

Issue:

Whenever I take any kind of screen captures, whether it be ALT+PRTSCR, Snipping Tool, ShareX, Shadowplay, or just Nvidia Experience's built in recorder, it just shows the ALT+TAB preview, which is more often than not of the pause or main menu. An example is shown below, screenshot was taken in a completely different place from where the screenshot shows. 

 

Videos are the same story, you can hear sound properly but it's just a static image of the ALT+TAB preview. Can't get any clips below the 4mb file size limit even when using Handbrake.
