Can I change the location of a map mod?

I was wondering if there is a way to "move" a mod map on the main map. I like the mod Lakeivy and Lakeivy township but I also like to raid fort redstone. Lakeivy is quite far from fort redstone. So I just want to move lakeivy midway between fort redstone and rosewood. I have made my own maps before I know how to place my map on the main map, i just dont know if it can be done with someone else's mod. I tried to open map files for lakeivy in worldzed and i just couldnt figure that out. Is it even possible? I know AIZ guy changed locations of the mods so I know it is possible. Can anyone point me to the right direction?
