Roleplay Server - Build 41 - Mods - Mostly PvE - Limited Spots

Hello fellow survivors! 

 

Myself and my clan known as 82DK or the 82nd Dread Korps, having played the game "Foxhole" for three/four years have been looking for another game to sink our teeth into.  Out of the many we have tried Project Zomboid always ranked on top.   Sadly we didn't believe the game had the polish to entertain us long term.  With build 41 we believe that problem to have been fixed.

 

I would like to announce that after build 41 becomes available to multiplayer my clan intends to host the largest server we can with the intention of both playing the game and roleplaying. We have simple yet very fun plans for the server and already have a large community very interested in the game.  Roleplay and griefing will be policed and actions will have consequences across the map.  We hope you alone or with a group of friends will join us on the server when build 41 arrives.  

 

Streamers are more than welcome in what we hope to be a secure eventful server.  If you are interested in securing a spot for yourself or a team of up to three please contact me for further details and for your chance to offer your opinions on server parameters, rules and events.

Edit- Each server wipe will have a new theme to deal with as the clan will be what we like to refer to as the "NPC faction".  While player groups will be limited to three to four people our NPC faction will be much larger.  Don't worry!  This is NOT a ploy to simply steam roll smaller groups, we see our role as more of a way to enrich the world with threat or benefit.  For instance a theme of an evil pharmaceutical company one reset may be replaced by a staffed and working hospital next reset.

Editar: cada borrado del servidor tendrá un nuevo tema con el que tratar, ya que el clan será lo que nos gusta llamar la "facción NPC". Si bien los grupos de jugadores estarán limitados a tres o cuatro personas, nuestra facción de NPC será mucho más grande. ¡No te preocupes! Esta NO es una táctica para simplemente impulsar a grupos más pequeños, vemos nuestro papel como una forma de enriquecer al mundo con amenazas o beneficios. Por ejemplo, un tema de una compañía farmacéutica malvada, un reinicio puede ser reemplazado por un hospital con personal y en funcionamiento el próximo reinicio. 

 

 

Hello good afternoon friend, I hope the multiplayer moment arrives soon, I've been playing since before version 37 and I really miss it a lot. I have a problem with the language since I speak only Spanish, but if the clan had Spanish-speaking people I would love to help out and see how far we could go. I have more than 1,000 hours of gameplay and my favorite profession is killing zombies, and if I had to specialize I would be an explorer, or bait, I love moving hordes of zombies while I smoke a cigarette and prepare a cabbage salad. Nor would I mind uploading "searching" for "fishing" or even being a doctor, something that playing alone is not much use and I would like to see its potential in large groups.

 

 

 

Hola buenas tardes amigo, ojala el momento del multijugador llegue pronto, llevo jugando desde antes de la version 37 y la verdad lo echo muchisimo de menos. Tengo un inconveniente con el idioma ya que yo hablo solo español, pero si el clan tuviera gente de habla hispana me encantaria echar una mano y ver hasta donde podriamos llegar. Tengo mas de 1.000 horas de juego y mi profesion favorita es matar zombies, y si tuviera que especializarme seria explorador, o carnada, me encanta mover hordas de zombies mientras echo un cigarro y me preparo una ensalada de coles. Tampoco me importaria subir "rebuscar" "pesca" o incluso ser medico, algo que jungando solo no sirve de mucho y me gustaria ver su potencial en grupos grandes.

Hello Universum, thank you very much for your interest in our server!  Although we are an English speaking community we do welcome anyone and have members from every corner of the world.  Some speak English better than others, as for the server it will be heavily Roleplay focused and I think it will be very cool to have a language barrier.  Trying to work around it may be frustrating but as long as you roleplay correctly you will be fine.  Since you have so much experience in the game perhaps you could set up a shop?  Or help out a group when you run into one.  You can find the server application thread here-

Algunos hablan inglés mejor que otros, ya que para el servidor estará muy centrado en el juego de roles y creo que será muy bueno tener una barrera del idioma. With the player cap being 16 and many of our community re-learning the game we are doing a regular playthrough.  That being said you are welcome to join us through the regular application.  You will be expected to go it alone at least at first, trade missions may be launched if you can make contact with the our community group.

Server will be open for roleplay soon!  We will be running with some mods that will be listed shortly. For our first phase which will still focus on survival in the first few months of the Knox Virus we will be running in themed teams or lone survivors.  A group of lumberjacks at the sawmill, a group of doctors at the hospital etc.  Those choosing to play military personnel must be willing to man military checkpoints etc and may be limited in number.
