My mod got disabled on my map randomly?

So I have these two mods activated since day 1 which are scrap wepaons and scrap guns. After a while I quit to desktop for a little break. Came back to play and noticed that the mod is disabled, I didnt turned it off it just disabled itself, now all my weapons are gone, how do I stop this from happening again??? please how do I fix this, this is so frustrating.

Launching the game like that should be fine as it still runs through Steam, though Steam might have not launched properly, which caused the mods not to load either. That would be the only explanation I have as to why the mods stopped loading, and I am not sure of any permanent fix other than making sure Steam is running properly and checking if the mods show up in the Mods folder.

Is it possible that you have started the game in non steam mode? If it is started in nonsteam mode then the mods will not load (can happen if steam isnt properly started)

Yes I didn't start on steam mode, I launch steam then I run the game using a shortcut for the 32 bit game, is that the problem? because using the 32 bit helps a lot with performance.
