Civilian / Military airdrops + Radios

You saw the title.

Main idea is to make radios actually have use instead of attracting hungry zomboids to your local bungalow. Airdrops would be a random event and could be a civilian aid airdrop, or a military aid airdrop. These would be announced over radio. This is a good idea because it would actually make radios and walkie talkies (such as the military HAM radio and the military walkie talkie)  actually useful. This would make players keep a walkie talky on them at all times (on the belt) in the chance there's an airdrop called in somewhere to grab. You could also create some kind of zed story at these locations as well such as : Airdrop was taken before you could get there : military was ambushed by bandits at the airdrop : civilians went to the airdrop was ambushed by bandits or military, vice versa. This would be gold in multiplayer as gangs of players would compete for the airdrop in the chance of getting their group more powerful fire power.

I'd make it only drops at town locations and is marked with a red smoke or something so players can see it. Its a tricky one since you cant really go off coordinates on this game. Unless you add grids to the game maps and say its getting dropped in grid 2A or something.

Dont know the lore of PZ. This zombie virus is local event or global? I always imagined that it is local event and that area that you play in is isolated from the rest of the word by military. No one can come in or leave and military helicopter is checking the situation.

This would not tie well with the lore of the game. The whole world is dead in matter of weeks since the virus is airborne .. so there's no one left except a handful of immune survivors like us. The helicopter events happens only once by default (and i imagine cannon) and that is probably the military personnel escaping from the border of the exclusion zone when the zombies break through.
