how to start fire and stop zombie from moving

Hi,I want to know where to look how molotov cocktail and barbed wire fence work.To be more specific i need to start fire and stop zombie from moving when hit.Thanks.

Molotovs arent in the game right now, but they will be returning! You can stilo build a barbed wire fence though, you find barbed wire in warehouse crates or garages! Then craft with hammer and nails Also, you can still start a fire in an oven! Hope this helps

hmm,thanks man for fast answer ,but i need their code , not actual items .I need fire for explosives and stop zombie movement when i throw a heavy chain on their legs,and i thought barbed wire slowing them down so maybe i  can learn how to manipulate with zeds there.

eDIT Maybe I could turn them to crawlers instead of stop moving when i think about it.At least for now.

Not sure what that end number is for and the fire seems to spawn long after I call the function but that definitely does add a fire to a square.

Thank you very much Stormy ,this works! I would never find out this one as i always close game fast and go try something else,when there is no fire .

I'm working on some stuff at the moment with fire. As soon as I figure out how to start it straight away I'll let you know.

 

Btw, when the molotov smashes it that last number is 50... maybe that'll fix it.

Hey Stormy,is fire spreading working for you? For me fire is visible only on square,where i spawned it.As it spreads i see only walls turning to burn and i get injuries there, but i cant see a fire.
