Franzklucas
Hello guys, my problem is as follows I have a good computer but my fps is very low when I zoom out, my computer's configuration is this: xeon e5 2650 v2 16 cores with 3.0 GHz Rx 580 8gb 32gb ram the resolution I'm using is 2560x1080, when I switch to 1920x1080 the fps is still low when I zoom out
BoogieMan
Does the turbo mode kick in? It is a 7 year old CPU, and the single core speed is a bit low for these gaming these days, so if Project Zomboid doesn't utilize multiple cores very well (most games really don't) that is probably part of the issue. If it doesn't go into turbo, the stock single core speed is just 2.4Ghz. I've seen a number of posts with people having the same problem of FPS loss when zooming out, look for other posts with the same issue both here and on the Steam forums. Are you playing on the beta, build 41? CPU/gpu combo should be good.

Stefano
My problems with graphics disappeared when I installed the build 41 on the "stable version" (which I think is less pleasant than the beta, in particular about graphic weight) and I'm using an 11 year old laptop...
