The water quality and water pollution factor

In general, I would like to add something like a water pollution factor. You also need to add tablets for water purification and the ability to boil water. According to the coefficient, water can add unhappiness, mild nausea, nausea, or illness.
If you pick up a hot pot, the character may get burned. Also add the cooling time of the water, otherwise you will not be able to take the water into your inventory.
For example, the water pollution coefficient for:

shower - 0.1
toilet - 0.5 - 1 ( flush cistern - 0.2 - 0.5 )

bath - 0.2 - 0.4

kitchen sink - 0.1 - 0.9 ( sink can include dish detergent )
bath sink - 0.1 - 0.2
washer - 0.1 - 0.5 ( washer can include powder for washing )
river water - 0.7 - 1

These are approximate figures and of course the developers can do it their own way.
This stuff make game harder and more interesting.

Maybe easier would be just debuffing different moodles. Drinking out of the toilet should increase unhappiness and have a random chance at illness. Drinking from shower, tub, or washer should increase boredom. Drinking from sink should be neutral. Drinking from a water dispenser should actually decrease boredom ever so slightly as this would be fresh, filtered water. Rivers, lakes, and pools should always be tainted as they already are but no more Fishing from pools lol.

Your character is drinking from toilet water sink behind the toilet, not from the toilet iself.

It shoult not grant unhappiness or sickness since the water there is pretty clear.

Not necessarily, unfortunately—I know I'm late to respond.

The water in the toilet tank might not necessarily be contaminated with feces, but it's still far less hygienic than the water that comes from a sink or other tap. It probably wouldn't give you a serious illness, but—and especially if the tank hadn't been washed or cycled in a long time, say after 6 months of neglect—the water can become fairly stagnant and possibly even have some foul sediment in it.

That's just a long-winded way of saying; it might not be poop water, but it's still not water you'd really want to drink.

Water that goes into the toilet tank is potable water as required by building codes in the US, meaning its clean and drinkable. However, the tank itself is sometimes not clean and it certainly is a stagnant holding area for the water so over time it could very easily become dangerous to drink. Standing water above a 75 deg F will pretty easily grow Legionella
