Squats vs sit-ups question

 

First one provides almost twice more fitness experience, penalty is speed movement vs clumsiness.

Any reason to train sit-up over squats ? I can look on that only in "being clumsy is better than being slow" aspect, or there is some hidden pro i'am not able to see ?

 

"Train both" is not anl option for me since my obese hobo nearly dies after 30 min solo training.
